MY NYSC EXPERIENCE IN KATSINA STATE : FINAL DAYS IN CAMP
As the days wore on, activities at camp started crawling to a lull. This is not surprising, as the monotony of each day's activities coupled with the fact that that Ramadan fasting was also on made the officials at camp to treat us a little bit with ease. It was at this point I started enjoying the camping. There were many inter-platoon games going on, infact everything we did in camp, from marching to sports were competitions. Platoon 8 in which I was,could be said to be a lazy platoon, to put it mildly. Be it drama, cultural presentation, anything at all, we were sure to carry the last of second to last position 😢😢. Our only saving grace was the second position we took in the 4*100m females race, which was won for us by this girl: Roseline I myself was also part of the male team but we couldn't muster any of the top 3 positions.
